Why is Melcrum such a great place to work?

  1. Get involved. Being part of a smaller team means that you can make a difference. Our award winning Best Ideas competition rewards employees' ideas with cash prizes. Some of our most important product launches have come from employees' suggestions.
  2. Have your say. We involve all employees in business planning and ask them to tell us what they think about the future of the business. We are a family-owned business where mutual respect, collaboration and team work are encouraged and rewarded.
  3. Enjoy excellent rewards. All employees are part of a bonus scheme and the highest achievers are recognised every year at our Awards night.
  4. Get the right training and development. Melcrum has been recognised by Investors in People as having excellent people development. All Melcrum staff have a six-monthly review that sets training and development goals.
  5. Work on innovative products that customers love. We're doing exciting work in the communication field and because we have close relationships with our customers and understand their needs we get great feedback from them (and they genuinely like talking to us!).
  6. Have fun. Melcrum people don't just work hard we have plenty of fun too. Whether you're into running 10k for charity or exercising your brain in one of our pub quizzes, you'll feel part of an enthusiastic team who likes celebrating success.
